UMGALAS Concerts
The University of Michigan Gay and Lesbian Alumni Association presented several concerts to celebrate and share the talents of their members. Selections include performances for vocal, organ, piano, violin and more with solos and collaborations.

PRODUCTION NOTES:
Recordings were done using Sony Minidisc technology and a single stereo microphone. There are isolated examples of audio distortion (“clipping”) which may be heard when the performance was louder than anticipated for the preset microphone audio level.
The files presented on this website are .MP3 (a lossy compression). If you desire a high-resolution copy, please contact us and we can make them available for download. We were unable to include them here because of WordPress media file size limitations.
The 1996 Concert was originally recorded on Sony Minidisc and later transferred to cassette tape. The minidisc is currently missing! When it can be found again, a new digital transfer will be produced to replace what is here.
If you have any print materials or pictures of these events, please contact us so we can get a copy!
